No-Hassle Return Policy
Your ultimate satisfaction with GoDonut is our goal! Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any GoDonut item purchased at www.godonut.com or www.getgodonut.io within 60 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase.
This proof of purchase can be your order number and/or the e-mail address attached to the original order. Simply contact us via email at customercare@godonut.com or call us at 1-855-GODONUT (option 2) to request a return authorization number (RA#). The assigned RA# must accompany your return.
The return will be processed within 2 -3 business days of receipt of the product to our warehouse.
The refund to the original form of payment will appear on your account in a time frame that will depend on the method of payment used and your issuing bank’s internal processes and guidelines.
To ensure prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return via United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express or U.S. Postal Service (USPS) insured parcel post and keep a copy of your return tracking number.
We apologize but return shipping fees and any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
