Warranty Overview

GoDonuts products are backed by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product.

To qualify, you must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) from the date of your original purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from GoDonuts or an authorized GoDonuts retailer.

What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use during the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or lack of proper care
  • Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than its intended use
  • Damage due to improper, unauthorized, or attempted repair or modification
  • Products that have been altered, customized, or modified in any way
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Warranty Period

This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product. Warranty terms may vary by region based on local laws and regulations.

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact GoBrands:  Reach out to our customer support team through customercare@gobrandsusa.com.
  2. Provide Required Information: Be prepared to provide your proof of purchase (receipt or order number), a description of the defect, and photos of the issue if possible.
  3. Follow Return Instructions: If your claim is approved, GoBrands will provide return or replacement instructions.
  4. Return the Product: You may need to return the defective product to GoDonuts at your own expense. GoBrands  will cover shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.

Important Considerations

  • Non-transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
  • Sole remedy: Your sole remedy under this warranty is the  replacement of the defective product.
  • Limitation of liability: GoBrands is not responsible for any damage to devices, surfaces, or other property resulting from the use or misuse of its products.

GoBrands reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
